Call for Applications

The Industry Enhancement Centre (IEC) is excited to announce opportunities for 300 selected Ugandan Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) to apply for sponsored capacity development and training programs. These programs are specifically designed to enhance competitiveness and sustainable participation in the Oil & Gas sector and beyond.

Our bespoke programs aim to equip your enterprise with the right knowledge, skills, and tools essential for effectively dealing with contracts within the Oil & Gas sector and other linked sectors. The training covers a range of practical and innovative topics, including:

  • Business Growth, Sustainability & Diversification
  • Financial Management & Access to Finance
  • Bidding, Procurement, Contract & Project Management in the Oil & Gas sector
  • Business Marketing & Innovation Management
  • Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) and ISO standards
  • Environmental & Social and Governance (ESG)
  • Technical Trainings in the O&G sector
